Australia Day Award For Managing Director
Frank Whelan OAM has been named the 2008 Yarra Ranges Shire Citizen of the Year. The award was in honour of his 47 years’ service to the Country Fire Association.
Frank served as captain of Lilydale brigade for 30 years before stepping down in 2007.
